Experience: Monica Richardson is an Accountability and Productivity Coach based in Austin, TX. She loves helping her clients get professional and personal projects across the finish line in a balanced and sustainable way. Previously, she worked in a variety of HR and Recruiting roles at Facebook, Google, and several tech startups in the Bay Area. She has a BA in Communications and double minor in Spanish and Anthropology from Santa Clara University. In addition to serving on the board of the Girls Empowerment Network, she is an active member of the Junior League of Austin and the BeeWomen civic group in Bee Cave, TX.

What I love about Girls Empowerment Network: There’s so much to love about Girls Empowerment Network! Whether it’s volunteering at one of their conferences, co-facilitating a Radiant G circle for 3rd graders, or strategizing at a board meeting, I always walk away from the experience feeling uplifted, hopeful, and energized. Girl Empowerment Network is doing amazing work, and I’m proud to play a part in their mission to ignite the power in girls in Austin, Houston, and beyond!
