Girl Advocacy League (GAL) supports Girls Empowerment Network in their mission to ignite the power in girls by teaching them the skills to thrive and believe in their ability to be unstoppable, while providing GAL members access to programming where they can learn to become unstoppable too.

GAL members gain access to a community where they make connections with other passionate, driven, and thoughtful people, who care deeply about girls, women, and gender justice.

We welcome all community members who want to join an inspiring group of people committed to advocating, volunteering, and fundraising for Girls Empowerment Network.

Channeling passion into action

Each GAL member sponsors one month or more of school-based programming for a girl.

They do this by donating a minimum of $100 per year or $10 per month. Each additional $25 donated is an additional session of Girls Empowerment Network programming for a girl, with 10 sessions/$350 covering an entire semester of empowering programming for one girl.

Girl Advocacy League empowers members to become more compassionate advocates for themselves and for others.

Members gain free access to signature GAL events, which includes 12 sessions of empowering programming per year.

These events tackle topics like goal-setting, self-compassion, advocacy and activism, physical and mental health, self-care, healthy relationships, and more. Additional events are also offered throughout year to facilitate more time for members to connect and bond.
