Experience: Mili has been involved and volunteering with the Girls Empowerment Network since 2019. I learned about Girls Empowerment Network via attending a Girl Advocacy League event in September 2019, and immediately fell in love with both organizations, eventually joining their leadership team, as event chair in 2022. Outside of Girls Empowerment Network, Mili works in the Health & Supplements space, as S&OP Manager. I'm an energetic professional versed in operations, business management, and logistics with a Master's degree focused in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, with a history of working in the consumer goods industry. I put emphasis on process improvement to increase output, maximize supply chain efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction. I adapt quickly to change and make timely, thoughtful decisions. When Mili is not working or volunteering; she enjoys spending quality time with her family & friends, reading murder mysteries, and traveling the country and world.

What I love about Girls Empowerment Network: I love Girls Empowerment Network’s mission to directly impact and empower young girls during their impressionable years. They create an environment that promotes that and gives them the tools for self-efficacy, with their curriculum and real life role models volunteering.
