Experience: Rosa Walker has extensive experience working in administrative and management-level roles with large U.S. law firms. She has a strong background in human resources management and currently serves as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Rosa is a graduate of Fordham University in New York, holds her MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and is a certified diversity executive. As Pillsbury’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Rosa is responsible for overseeing the firm's strategy and programs, ensuring that the firm creates and sustains an environment of belonging, inclusion, and advancement. She engages with the Executive Team, Global Business Unit Leaders, department directors, and lawyers and business professionals across the firm to develop, implement, and manage programs and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion while aligning them with the firm’s strategic goals.
