Girls Who Mean Business: This high-energy presentation focuses on making powerful choices including the importance of goal setting, resisting peer-pressure, discovering your passion and entrepreneurship (social or business). Not only is the program interactive and fun, but it is also integrates relevant facts and research that will leave an impression on the girls and their parents.  Fran’s presentation injects a potent message of possibility that young women have within them — no matter what age they are — the ability to (1) make positive choices, (2) to make positive change in the world and (3) to become whatever they put their minds and hearts to.

Empowering Your Daughter Girls today feel pressure to be “perfect” (straight A’s, a super athlete and supermodel beautiful). These pressures are damaging. An empowered girl is protected from these pressures for a lifetime. This workshop will enable you to:

  • Clearly understand empowerment and self-esteem

  • Understand the societal causes of diminished empowerment in young girls

  • Learn the consequences of girls giving up their power

  • Discover the top ten ways to empower your daughter, improve her sense-of-self and help her to make positive choices

The Food Teacher: Which is better for you health carrots or fries? Where do we learn about nutrition and how to feed our bodies to be strong and influential women someday?  Where did you learn how to cook?  From your mother, grandmother? Where did they learn? The Food Teacher breaks down the myths and facts surrounding food to help guide you to the path of vitality and health.
