AUSTIN, Texas –School will be out before we know it. If you have daughters, Girls Empowerment Network has just the thing to keep them productive, while also having fun this summer.

Through after-school clubs, programs and community workshops for girls and parents, Girls Empowerment Network supports and guides girls to make wise choices as they navigate the unique pressures of girlhood.

This summer, the nonprofit is hosting CampGEN and the Pathfinder Leadership Summit. CampGEN girls participate in interactive workshops that are designed to help girls feel more confident as they navigate girlhood. The program engages Girls Empowerment Network’s girl experts and female role models as camp counselors.

Three different summer camp sessions are available for girls entering grades 3 – 8. The Pathfinder Leadership Summit is a personal and professional leadership development program that gives high school girls a head start on their roads to college, careers and independence.  The weeklong summit is for girls entering grades 9 – 12.
